Hanging Tough in Tough Times

Anticipation of a successful season is suddenly tempered by key injuries, a tough schedule, and coming up short in the “battle of inches”. This set of circumstances is a real opportunity to find out about ourselves as individuals ,more importantly, as a team. How we deal with adversity many times tells a lot more about the character of a team. The tougher the times, the tighter the bond needs to be. Tough times don’t last but tough people do. How you finish will be a lasting example of your dedication to hard work and a positive attitude. Focus on effort and attitude and you will get past the road blocks to success. In the process, you will become a stronger program made of up of strong and determined teammates.
